(Driving home with MissEight this evening, and Beck's "Jack-Ass" is on the radio with the title on the dash display.)

MissEight: Why would Beck write a song about a male donkey?

Me: What??

MissEight: "Jack" and the word I can't say is a male donkey. "Jill" and the word I can't say is a female donkey. Why is that something anyone would write about?

Me: (smiling) Well. I don't know. He's a very creative guy.

MissEight: I guess.
